WATER AND WASTEWATER
In 2002, AMR established AMR Aquamation as an automation group to provide SCADA, wireless telemetry, PLC panel building, and instrumentation integration services to water and wastewater facilities located in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia.
Working with numerous product brands, we have completed dozens of projects since the group’s inception and are now recognized as an Rockwell® Authorized System Integrator, Wonderware InTouch® Authorized System Integrator, and Inductive Automation® Certified Integrator for their Ignition HMI suite. To ensure quality craftsmanship of all our custom built control panels, our manufacturing facility is a Certified UL-508A Panel Shop as well as ISO 9001-2015 certified.
In 2016 AMR acquired the PEMCO Corporation and now operates under the name of AMR PEMCO. From this merger we continue the tradition of quality and reliability for electrical distribution equipment and industrial control buildings (ICB’s). Our capabilities include power centers up to 34.5 KV, or 10MVA, in-house dry-type transformer manufacturing, power distribution panels, and custom engineered e-Houses, motor control centers (MCC’s), and other types of electrical control buildings with options for any brand of equipment, variable frequency drives (VFD’s), instrumentation, etc.
AMR Aquamation services focus on anything related to the SCADA, instrumentation, controls, and monitoring of a water/wastewater project. The extent of our scope of work depends entirely on the client and/or their engineering design firm, but we offer consultation and installation services from the initial planning stages all the way through final walk-through. We also offer continued maintenance plans and follow-up checks to any plant or municipality in our coverage area. At AMR PEMCO, we value our client relationships and provide support around the clock.
