Because problems never take a vacation

AMR PEMCO prides itself on the durability of our products and solutions.  However, should technical issues arise, our field service team is there at any hour of the day.  Telephone assistance is free of charge to existing customers, and in the event an issue cannot be solved over the phone, or via remote data connection, a staff member will schedule a visit within 24 hours of the call if the product is located inside the United States.  If the issue occurs on a weekend or holiday, a technician will be on-site the first business day thereafter, or emergency service is available for an additional charge.  International customers please contact your local sales representative for emergency service.

If your issue is not too severe, our in-house repair department can provide a complete and thorough review and repair of the problem in a timely manner.  Our repair and service teams are adept at handling many unique needs and projects.  Leveraging our 55+ years of experience in electro-mechanical design and assembly, AMR PEMCO has the capabilities to satisfy any unique needs and requirements.

 

Maintenance Contracts

AMR PEMCO offers continuing maintenance on a regular schedule (monthly, quarterly or annually) at a negotiated rate.  Services may include, but are not limited to: equipment inspections, system testing, free software updates, or sensor calibrations to meet the client’s needs.
