STM 118 Smart Transformer Monitor
WHAT IS IT?
AMR’s Smart Transformer Monitor (“STM”) is the best choice for protecting your dry-type transformer’s insulation and fan control needs. Thermocouple inputs paired with fan, alarm and trip relays are provided along with Fan/Blower current monitoring to provide a full protection relay. With configurable set-points for alarms and fan/blower control, you can trust that your transformer’s insulation will be protected. With the addition of on-board current monitoring, a bad fan motor or broken blade will not result in insufficient cooling. The front panel provides a backlit LCD display and LED indicators for configuration, parameter display, and alarm indication. The large display allows also all channels to be shown simultaneously for easy comparison. Multiple communications options are provided for SCADA monitoring and system configuration, including Bluetooth.
